 EXO ONE: the space adventure I always wanted

When I brought XBOX Series S from my work mate and purchased the Xbox Game pass with it, I was hit with all the childhood dreams of owning a gaming console and playing the games care free. Although the latter was just a false dream, I felt accomplished.

I have loved space and astronomical facts from my childhood. I had planned on taking up astronomy based courses as my PG but was crushed when I found out that I could not pursue one as I had taken up Electronics as my major in UG. 6 years forward, I found out EXO ONE. A space based adventure, where you pilot an interstellar space ship that uses gravity as fuel and was sent by aliens from Jupiter. What more do I need!

I installed the game, tried it for once. I FELL IN LOVE with EVERYTHING. The background music, The game play piloting a spherical ship, The feedback from the controller while floating and powering up. The story which flashed every now and then. EVERYTHING!

I finished the game in 2 weeks with game play of 2 hours and 36 minutes. I felt so happy when the game ended.

Sad that Xbox removed the game from the Game pass subscription.

Hope I find more space adventure based games. Looking at you Starfield ; )

Coercion in JavaScript

  What is Coercion in JavaScript? In JavaScript, the process of converting the type of a variable into another is called Coercion. This means a variable of string type when changed to a number type due to some process is called coercion of the variable. let a="34"; //defining a as string type let b=5; //defining b as a number type let sum=a+b; console.log(sum); // 345 ?? typeof(sum); //The result would be "string" In the above code snippet, since the variable a is defined as a string type, it will be considered as a string.
